“Shows potential” would have been a generous way to describe this nicotine­-stained, run­down old worker’s cottage in Thorndon before it was purchased by a client who had recently returned from overseas.

The client contacted Scotty’s at the planning stage – a great move which we always recommend for a smooth and successful project – and we introduced her to a great local designer who could help with her home makeover.

We gutted and extended the house, freshened up the interior, and she’s a wee beauty now!
